An urgent human issue

I hope you are doing well. I'm Nidal Hasan from Syria. I'm electric engineer and I'm responsible for my family which consists from 5 people. The youngest one is my son, Kareem, who had been injured in his head because of a mortar attack while he was in the kindergarten. It caused him to be paralysed. Our situation in Syria is very tragic because my son needs medicines and treatment which is not available in Syria. In addition, the economic situation in Syria led us to extreme poverty and the average monthly income in Syria is equal to 5$ now.
All of these factors and many others encouraged me to write to you hoping to get your help and get a visa and treatment for my son because I do believe that your laws care about humanity and people's rights wherever they are.
I'm waiting patiently for your reply and ready to provide more details about the situation when you ask
