Applying Cyprus Visit Visa for Bodybuilding Competition

I am looking for the procedure for applying Cyprus Visa. We do not have representative office here in Myanmar and I have been reaching out to nearest office both in India and Cambodia, no words from them yet. My competition is in September 6th and I am now prepping for World Natural BodyBuilding Federation in Cyprus. The issue is if I had to apply visa in person at one of the representative, it would take 14 days for me to stay either in India or Cambodia, which is hard for me considering my training and meal preps. I'd like to know if I could send all required documents including passport via DHL to one of representative office and they process the application and send them back. i am looking for your advice and looking forward to hearing from you soon.
