Hi Amani, I recently checked on this for my own trip, so happy to share what I found. As a Sri Lankan passport holder, you’ll need to apply for a business visa (VITEM II) before traveling to Brazil. The general requirements usually include: 1. A valid passport (with at least 6 months’ validity) 2. Completed visa application form (online) 3. Recent passport-sized photo 4. Invitation letter from the Brazilian company you’ll be visiting 5. Cover letter from your employer in Sri Lanka stating the purpose of travel 6. Proof of financial means (like bank statements) 7. Flight and accommodation details It’s best to apply through the Brazilian Embassy/Consulate in Colombo since they can give you the latest checklist and processing times. Contact details of the embassy can be found here: https://visa-to-travel.com/embassy-and-consulate/worldwide Note: Start the process a few weeks ahead, as business visas can take some time to be approved. Safe travels and good luck with your business trip!
