DOCUMENTS FOR VISA APPLICATION

I hope you are well.
I am sending this email in regards of the current visa I am holding, which has caused me some confusions in terms of proving my current status.
I am currently living in the UK and holding the Graduate visa, which has just been introduced last year. This visa is valid for students who have finished their studies in the UK, and searching for occupations.
Therefore, in my case, I have finished my postgraduate degree early this year, which makes me no longer a student. However, I am going to join Deloitte in Sep this year, but not yet be able to source the employment letter from them. Currently, I only have the offer letter from the company.
Thereby, I would like to know what documents the Croatia tourist visa need in order to prove my identity in the UK. (e.g. graduation certificate that proves I have officially graduated?)
