Hi, I'm a Jamaican living in Jamaica. As a Category 'B' country, I need a visa to visit Guatemala, but there aren't any consulates on the island. I was wondering if I could do the application in the U.S. in New York since I visit frequently. Any idea how long this process would take? Can I even apply in New York? There's not much information online to help me. What documents would I need to submit?
