Good day ,my name is Winsley LeBlanc . I am the sales manager of Nec distribution . I visit st barths every two months for business to the supermarkets on the island. I hold a Dominican passport but I am a permanent resident on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten.
up until today September 17th, 2025 I was able to travel without a visa but I am now required a visa to visit st.barths.

please advise how I should go about applying .
