How to apply Visa in Ireland as tourist

I have some questions regarding applying for a visa to travel to Ireland.
Both my eldest daughter and her spouse reside in Dublin, Ireland, and work there.
As expected, I would want to go there in September.
Currently, I was working and residence in Doha Qatar
As this is my first visit, I would like to know how the visa application procedure will go.
