How to get a visa from Ethiopia

This letter is for asking about a Malaysian visa. We are a member of International Taekwon-Do Federation based in England and we are just want to partcipate in Malaysia for Master Class Seminar(2nd June 2023) and Asia Invitational Taekwon-Do Championship(3rd and 4th June 2023) at SRJK(C) Shang Wu, Penang Malaysia. But i have no idea where to apply for Malaysian visa since there is no Embassy of Malaysia in Ethiopia.
I kindly ask Where can we get a visa for participate on this historical event?!
