How to know the reason of VISA cancellation

I had applied for 120 Days single entry job search visa for Dubai through smartservices.icp.gov.ae. From the portal I got the VISA status- Request Rejected. I am not able to know the reason of rejection. I have sent emails to them but I am not able to get the reason why VISA has been rejected. I also want to know ,can I apply for the visa once again? Please guide me.
