I have a temporary protection card for refugees, my wife has a residence permit, and my two-year-old child, born in Turkey, has not been granted a residence permit or refugee protection card by the government (and we have been told to leave). We have sought help from organizations, but they have not provided any assistance. We urgently need your help. I, the father, am at risk of assassination in Syria and Turkey by Kurdish groups. I hold a temporary protection card, and my wife has a residence permit. However, my two-year-old child has not been granted a residence permit or refugee protection card by the Turkish authorities. The Turkish government has informed us that we must leave and find a solution. My family and I are in a very difficult humanitarian situation. Their regulations do not apply to Syria due to the control exerted by organizations (such as the Kurdistan Democratic Party). I have been arrested here in Turkey and have survived an assassination attempt. I have visible scars on my face, hands, and legs. I also possess physical evidence of my destination as proof of this final decision. I have received death threats from this Kurdish group both in my country and here in Turkey. I have contacted numerous organizations, including the United Nations, but unfortunately, I have received no assistance or resolution. Therefore, I implore you to prioritize providing privacy for my family to ensure the safe transfer and protect our child. The insurance policy for my child, which I am requesting, is a legal and humanitarian solution that guarantees my child's safety and my family's dignity.
