Maybe you can try the same thing. You can first check the visa website, select your nationality, and see if there is an online application option from Kenya. If it is available, that would be the easiest way. But if there is no online option, then it might be better to visit the nearest Ghana embassy or consulate in Kenya and apply for the sticker visa there.
