Obtaining a tourist visa for 21 days

My name is Moncea Bianca. Me and my partner plan to visit Thailand (Phuket, Krabi and Bangkok) in 18-20 days from 27th of December 2021. I am unsure which visa type we need, as Visa on Arrival is valid for max 15 days stay, and we plan to visit 20 days approx. We do not need any work permit, or long-stay permit, as we simply wish to visit the country without conducting any business. We are not from Bucharest, we live in a province city. Any information regarding the necessary visa type (the most easy to obtain) and whether is necessary to go to the embassy or can be done via internet or delivery service (for documents) it is much appreciated.
