Question about renewing my passport from the Maldives
By Raed For Lebanon Aug 26,2022Hey, I am a Lebanese working in the Maldives.
I was not able to acquire my permit of stay since my passport is valid for less than a year, and the rules state that in order to get the permit, I must have a valid passport for more than 1 year at least.
So how to renew my passport while staying in the Maldives? Any officials I can contact? Since there is no embassy or consulate for Lebanon in the Maldives. I cannot go back to Lebanon to renew it since I do not have a permit as I said, so I won’t be able to come back again to the Maldives.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
