Request for Lebanon Travel Visa for Albanian Citizens

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Blertina Koka and I am an Albanian citizen interested in visiting Lebanon (with 5 other participants from Albania) for a study visit, funded by European Commission.
I work for Together for Life NGO in Albania, a non-profit organization founded in 2009. TFL is a human rights organization which was created by a group of experienced journalists aiming to improve the situation in which the Albanian society and especially vulnerable groups wave.
In collaboration with 3 partners from Albania, Italy and Lebanon, we are implementing an Erasmus+ KA1 project “Empowering women and girls for the next generation in the Mediterranean area”, funded by European Commission through Agenzia nazionale per i giovani (ANG).
In the project is foreseen to be organized a study visit in Lebanon, with the participation of 6 participants from each partner country. In this regards, 6 participants from Albania need visa to travel to Lebanon from 24-30 April 2023.
I would like to inquire about the requirements for obtaining a travel visa for Lebanon.
Would it be possible for you to provide me with a comprehensive list of the documents required to apply for a travel visa, as well as any information on processing time and fees? I would greatly appreciate your prompt response in this matter.
