Very Urgent Fraud Case

Please i would like to use this medium to report a fraud which i encountered or trapped on by a Chinese named Mr. Statham Shangguan who posed to be a genuine supplier of IT products as displayed on his website www.dobestn.com.
Frankly, it was on 21st of January, 2022 he sent price list of products he sells on my whatsapp line, maybe he got my phone number from one of the online platforms i usually advertised my products for prospective customers from there i developed the interest on one of the products which is Playstation 5 Disc Version. We bargained on the price but finally we settled at $510 each. Then i asked him to prepare a proforma invoice for five units at least for a start since it's the first time to know each other, which worth sum of $2,565 including shipping cost to Guangzhou because i have my freight forwarder there. Afterwards, i made payment through wire transfer from Lagos-Nigeria and after couple of days he acknowledged he has received the payment but he advised that he could not be able to ship immediately because of Chinese new year holidays that shipment will be after holidays. Then after holidays he said that the warehouse has mistakenly shipped it directly to Nigeria through DHL instead of Guangzhou where my freight forwarder is located but he sent a fake tracking number of DHL (2293563303) to me which is not tracking until now. I told him about it and he said he will check, since then he doesn't pick my calls nor answer any of my messages on whatsapp and i have tried some many ways to reach him but to no avail that's why i decided to write and report this case to Chinese authorities to see a possible way to track or trace him. Please i would be very glad if you help me to get the items i paid for or my money back.
Frankly, it's quite unfortunate that Chinese authorities should allow this guy to continue in defrauding people as a genuine supplier of IT products with a fraudulent website in order to destroy and tarnish image of good people of China. Please honorable people of Chinese security authorities i would like you to act quickly on this fraud issue to fish out this fraudster.

Be vigilant. Unfortunately, we found this post late. Our losses are 120,000 dollars. He sends both photos and videos on request. Very well enters into trust. When we gave him a link to this article, his mail became unavailable.
