Visa Appointment for Work Visa For May 15-20, 2023

I am contacting you for some guidance with an appointment for a Visa. I have a Pitney Bowes Conference (My current employer) that will be held in Greece from May 15-20th, 2023 at the Hotel Grande Bretagne in Athens.
Because I am Permanent Resident Of the United States with a Dominican Republic Passport I am required to get a Schengen Visa with your consulate. The challenge I am having is the trip is in May and your office does not have appointments until June which is after the event.
I was wondering if there is any way I can speak to someone who can assist me with an earlier appointment so that I can take the proper documentation for a visa application. Please let me know if this is possible.
