Visa for Australian Citizen resides in Myanmar and Myanmar Citizen

Inspired by the Christian values, we are dedicated to work with the most vulnerable children, families and the communities regardless of religion, race, ethnicity and gender, to create the lasting change in their lives.
I am writing a request on behalf of our staff to support their visa application to attend the Triennial Council in Accra, Ghana from the 13 – 15th November 2022. Currently, they reside in Myanmar and one is Australian Citizen and two are Myanmar Citizen. May I know the way to apply their visa application process as we do not have Ghana Embassy in Yangon, Myanmar.

** Where can we apply the visa ( nearest Ghana Embassy in Thailand not accept, Ghana Embassy in Malaysia not able to apply for Austrlian Citizen but ok for Myanmar Citizen, Should we move in India for all?
1) Can we get visa on arrival for Australian Citizen or do we need to apply in advance?
2) Please let me know the documentations needed for visa application for Myanmar and Australian Citizen.
3) Is it possible to send Passport through DHL and sending one of our staff from World Vision Staff to pick up after visa stamp granted or do we need to apply in-person, please kindly suggest?
4) May I know how long does it take for the application process
