What are the documents for visit visa to Jamaica for Nepali Citizen residing in Nepal? Where should I apply? Is it consulate in India? how long visa processing takes? Is the time remaining from now is enough to process visa and travel to Jamaica in this December? should I apply in person or mailing documents is available?

Hi Sushmita! I recently checked this myself, so here’s what I found: Nepali citizens do need a Jamaican visit visa, and since there’s no embassy in Nepal, you’ll have to apply through the Jamaican High Commission in New Delhi. Required documents generally include: Passport (6-month validity), Photos, Application form, Flight + hotel booking, Bank statements, and Employment letter (if applicable). For travel in December, the timeline is tight, so you should apply as soon as possible. Many applicants submit by mail, but it’s best to confirm with the High Commission if in-person submission is needed. Contact details of the embassy can be found here: https://visa-to-travel.com/embassy-and-consulate/worldwide Hope this helps!
