FEES AND CHARGES
Fees and charges for Services are specified in the Executive Order on Payment for Services Provided by the Danish Foreign Service and are listed on the Website. Most visa applicants must pay the standard fee, some visa applicants should pay a reduced fee and some are fee exempt.
Even if you are fee exempt, you may have to pay the standard fee of 80 Euro in order to finish the registration of your application. When the processing of the visa application starts, any excess payment will be refunded by the Danish Embassy/Consulate in accordance with the Executive Order on Payment for Services. If the Danish Embassy/Consulate finds that your visa application is not admissible, your payment for that application will be refunded.
All fees and charges are specified in either Danish kroner (DKK) or euro (EUR) and include customs and excise duties, etc.
VAT is not charged on Services purchased on the Website.
PAYMENT
When ordering Services on the Website, you can pay with the following payment cards:

After placing your order, the amount will be debited to your account. Any excess payment will later be refunded to your account by the Danish Embassy/Consulate in accordance with the Executive Order on Payment for Services.
Payment is made through our payment service provider, Nets. The ordering and payment process is encrypted via a secure connection (HTTPS via SSL). The payment details you have entered when making the order are encrypted, which means that only the payment service provider has access to them. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw your purchase order as long as the Danish Embassy or Consulate has NOT started processing your visa application. Once the processing of your visa application has started, you can withdraw your visa application, but the visa application fee will not be refunded.
Withdrawing an order requires that you inform the relevant Danish Embassy or Consulate of your decision to cancel the order in a clearly worded statement (e.g. by letter or email). The conditions for withdrawal are deemed to be met if you have sent your withdrawal notification to us before the processing of your visa application has started. You may use the following standard form to notify of withdrawal, although it is not a strict requirement:
