Important Note

1. Restricted nationalities must register before booking their flight and must wait for approval to complete the payment. Click here for the list of restricted nationalities.

2. Travellers from all countries must commit to adhere to home quarantine for a period of 7 days and do the (PCR)(COVID19) test on the seventh day of home quarantine at their own expense. During this application the traveller will sign an indemnity, and failure to comply with the quarantine requirement could result in legal prosecution under the defense order number 16

3. Transit passengers who leave the airport will be required to undergo the PCR test from the last country of departure (the transit country) from the approved labs.

Note 1: You will be required to undergo a COVID-19 test upon arrival in Jordan at your own expense of 40 JD (approximately $56), children below 5 years of age are exempted – Your application will not be processed unless payment is made, please make payment now.

Note 2: Upon successful completion and submission of this form, you will receive a confirmation code via email, which must be shown at the check-in counter at the airport of departure.

Note 3: Evidence of negative PCR tests conducted from the country/region of departure and confirmation code (see Note 1) must be presented at the check-in desk at the airport of departure for each traveller.
