Tajikistan e-Visa Application Form

If you are looking to obtain an electronic visa to travel to Tajikistan, you must fill in an application form. The visa form may require you to upload certain travel documents, which vary according to the type of visa required.

Points to Remember:

• Please use the information on your passport when filling out the e-Visa form.

• If you stop working on the visa application for more than twenty minutes, your session will expire and you will need to start over. To avoid this, note down the application ID number.

• If you need to close the web browser before submitting the application, you may continue the session using the Application ID.

Note:

• Before filling out this section, make sure that you have your original passport in hand because the information must match your passport.

• Remember that your e-Visa is electronically linked to your passport, and it is your main travel and verification document.

• Even the slightest mismatch in the spelling of your name, surname, date of birth, or nationality will render your visa application invalid. The visa fees is non-refundable, therefore, you will need to re-apply for the visa from scratch, which means you will pay the fees again.

How to fill in Personal Information?

• Write your full name, as indicated on the passport.

• Do not add your spouse's name instead of your surname if the passport doesn't mention it.

• If your birth name is different from your passport, prefer to use the one written on the passport. You can add the birth name on the Other Names section.

• Provide the date of birth in a day/month/year format. For example, you should provide your date of birth as 15.04.1989.

• The place of birth will be the same as written on the passport.

• Write the nationality that your passport indicates.

• If you are a dual national, select one of the passports and use it to fill out the personal data. There is a section where you can provide information about other nationality.

• Provide a valid email address, residential address, mobile telephone number, landline number in your country of residence.

• Where required, you can enter the country's relevant information from where you are submitting the visa application.

• Travel-related information should match the details mentioned on your passport.

• The passport type refers to different categories of passports, including Official, Diplomatic, and Ordinary.

• Provide the passport number exactly as it is written on the passport, without making any errors.

• In the issuing country tab, provide the name of the country that issued the passport.

• The date of issue and expiry of your passport helps determine the traveller’s eligibility to obtain the visa.

• Ensure that your passport is valid for at least six months after the date of entry in Tajikistan; otherwise, you should get it renewed to meet this requirement and then apply for the visa.

• Every traveller needs to answer some fundamental security-related questions. This is to rule out the possibility that the applicant can pose any threat to national security or stability.

• Given the current scenario due to ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, it is a fundamental requirement for every traveller to disclose if you have contracted coronavirus or any other contagious virus before.

• Please provide valid details of your criminal record (if any). If you don’t, and the immigration department find out something about your criminal background during the application verification process, your visa will be denied.
